What’s your favorite thing to eat when you get the midday munchies? Mine is this almond yogurt concoction I came up with. It’s just plain yogurt + almond butter + maple syrup, all mixed together. I eat it at work all the time.

When I ate this mixed with Grape Nuts at my desk one day my coworker told me it looked like porridge. Totally does!

The proportions are all up to you. Every time I make thing I just wing it, and it always turns out good. (I use about 3/4 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon of almond butter and 1 teaspoon maple syrup.)


The protein in the yogurt and protein/healthy fats in the nut butter keep me full for a long time. Swap out a different nut butter and sweetener, if you like. Maybe cashew or hazelnut butter mixed with honey? Yum!
